I am a yoga teacher trained in many different principles from restorative, vinyasa, rocket, mandala and even aerial yoga. I took my first training in 2017 at Triyoga.
Yoga has given me the courage to walk the untold path. The confidence I have now in my physical body and emotional capacity is something I thought I could only dream of.
